How do I pay my annual registration fee by direct debit?

When will I receive an invoice for my annual registration fee?

Annual registration fees are due each year on the anniversary of your registration. We will send your invoice one month before payment is due, either by email if we have your email address, or by post if not. 

We will send your annual registration fee email from ofsted.finance@notifications.service.gov.uk.  

Please check your email junk folder if you can't find the email. If you are sure you have not received it, call us on 0300 123 1231.

How do I pay an invoice?

You can pay any invoice for childcare or children's social care using our Pay your childcare or social care invoice service. 

What payments do childcare providers need to make?

Childcare providers will need to pay an initial registration fee and then an annual fee once they have registered.
