If you are unhappy with how your complaint about Ofsted has been handled, you can request an internal review – please see our complaints policy. You must submit this form within 15 working days of the response to your original complaint.
An internal review will make a final decision on whether your complaint was handled fairly and properly.
We will respect confidentiality as far as possible. However, we will reveal your identity to whoever is being complained about if this is necessary for us to investigate and respond fully and fairly to your concerns.
