If you are not a recently inspected provider or your concerns are about a regulatory visit, you should submit any complaint within 5 working days of the incident of concern using the online form below.
If you have already raised a complaint about Ofsted and you are unhappy with how it has been handled, you can request an internal review.
Ofsted will use the personal data you give us to handle your complaint. This includes sharing information from your complaint with:
- people whose actions you are complaining about
- relevant staff or Ofsted representatives who need it to do their job
- other Ofsted teams and/or external agencies as appropriate
