We aim to carry out all our work to a high standard but recognise that, occasionally, concerns may arise about our actions or the conduct of our staff. Please read complaints about Ofsted for more information.
You can complain about an Ofsted inspection report if you’re the inspected school, childcare provider or other service. If you're a parent or a member of the public, contact the inspected service directly. We normally only investigate one complaint about an inspection.
You must submit this form within 10 working days of the event or inspection report being published on our website.
If you have already raised a complaint about Ofsted and are unhappy with how it has been handled, you can request an internal review.
We will respect confidentiality as far as possible. However, we will reveal your identity to whoever is being complained about if this is necessary for us to investigate and respond fully and fairly to your concerns.
